Cancellation Policy

We understand that you might need to cancel an order. Our policy is simple and designed to be fair to both you and us.

How to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with your order number using one of these official channels:

Cancellation requests sent through social media messages (like Instagram DMs or Facebook) will not be considered.

After Your Order Is Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still want to return the product, please wait for it to be delivered and then follow our [Return & Refund Policy](link to your return policy page).

Important Notes on Refunds

  • If your prepaid order is canceled before it's shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.). The refund will typically reflect in your account within 3–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please note that frequent cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for your account.

Cancellations by Beezar

We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • The address provided is invalid or incomplete.

  • The order is flagged as suspicious by our payment system.

In such cases, we will notify you and a full refund will be processed immediately if you have already paid for the order.
